Description
The Cotek SC2000-112 is a 2000 Watt pure sine wave inverter, 100 Amp automatic multi-stage battery charger, and a 30 Amp AC transfer system, all in one compact unit. It features advanced power electronics and digital signal processor technology, and is designed for safe and reliable use in mobile applications, such as RV’s and boats, as well as emergency backup and off-grid applications.
The SC2000-112 converts 12 volts DC to 2000 watts of clean, pure sine wave power, and is capable of surging up to 4000 VA for 2 seconds, ensuring even the most demanding motor-driven loads, such as fans, pumps, and compressors, are able to be started.
The Cotek SC2000-112 is equipped with an adjustable 100 Amp automatic 3-Stage, PFC (Power Factor Corrected), and PI (Proportional-Integral) multistage battery charger. The PFC feature controls the amount of power used to charge the batteries to obtain a power factor as close as possible to 1, while the PI feature allows the charger voltage and current to change independently. These two features maximize the real power available from the AC power source (i.e., utility or generator), which translates into less power wasted and greater charging capabilities than most chargers today.
The SC2000-112-COMBO includes the Cotek CR-20C Remote Control to provide convenient remote access and control for the SC2000-112. The CR-20C comes with a 7.5m (24.6ft) cable for remote mounting and features an LCD screen for monitoring the status of the Cotek SC Series.
In addition to its standard inverter/charger function, the SC2000-112 features Power Sharing and Generator functions.
Power Sharing allows the maximum level of AC pass-through power to be adjusted to ensure sufficient power is left over and available for battery charging. The Power Sharing level can be adjusted from the CR-20C remote.
If the load exceeds what the generator or shore power can provide, the Generator function can increase the total available AC power available by adding power from the inverter and batteries to meet the needs of the load.
The Cotek SC2000-112 is CE and UL certified to UL458 and UL1741 for safety, is FCC approved, and carries a 2-year warranty.
