Maxrad Portable Whip Antenna 896-940 MHz 5db Magnetic Mount rugged ABS base and stainless steel straight Trilinear/Closed whip. Height 32″. Does not include mount. Mates with all 1-1/8”-18 thread mounts, including 3/4” mounts. Does not require a ground plane; excellent for non-metallic vehicles. The elevated feed point antennas are designed for those applications that lack a ground plane. They are ideal for mirror or trunk lid mounting applications or for vehicles with non-metallic surfaces where no ground plane is available.
