Eaton E34EX708R – Eaton’s E34 Series 30.5 mm pushbutton line stands out with its rugged die-cast construction, further enhanced by a two-layer 100% solid thermosetting cathodic epoxy coating. This coating offers a flat black smooth, corrosion-resistant surface, surpassing the industry’s demanding 600-hour salt spray test (compared to the standard 200-hour test). The epoxy-coated metal operators feature integral ground screw terminals and are FDA-approved for sanitary chemical resistance requirements. The series adheres to various standards and certifications, including CE EN60947-5-1 and 60947-5-5, UL 508, CSA C22.2 No. 14, and FDA 3-A Sanitary Standards. Ingress protection ratings include UL (NEMA) Type 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 4X, 12, and 13, as well as IEC IP65 for standard indicating lights. All other operators meet UL (NEMA) Type 1, 2, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12, and 13, along with IEC IP65 when mounted in similarly rated enclosures.
