Description
Dwyer 685-03 is a reliable and accurate differential pressure transmitter with a temperature range of -4 to 158°F (-20 to 70°C). It offers an accuracy of ≤ ±0.5% RSS (BFSL), ± 1Pa, and a response time of 1s (default) or 200 ms (user selectable). The transmitter’s enclosure has an IP54 rating, making it suitable for various environments. It features a piezoresistive pressure sensor, and the humidity range is from 0 to 95% RH, non-condensing. The electrical connections are made via a spring connector that supports cable and leads up to 1.5 mm². The output signal options include 2-wire: 4-20 mA and 3-wire: 0-10V, with voltage requirements of 2-wire: 18-30 VDC and 3-wire: 18-30 VAC/DC. Mounting is done using screw fastening with sheet metal screws. The transmitter is suitable for use with air and non-corrosive gases and is made from ABS material. The loop resistance is 2-wire: 500 Ω max and 3-wire: ≥ 1 kΩ (≤ 10 mA). The transmitter has a 6mm hose connection and dimensions of Ø 66 x 28mm. Its stability is ≤ ±1% RSS per year and it is equipped with a cap nut conduit, 15mm (across flats), made of polyamide for cable protection. The maximum current draw is 2-wire: 21 mA and 3-wire: 40 mA.
