Dwyer ACT-DA03 is a versatile pneumatic and electric actuator suitable for operating in temperatures ranging from -40 to 140°F (-40 to 60°C). It can be powered by 110 VAC, 220 VAC, 24 VAC, or 24 VDC. With a NEMA 7 enclosure rating, it meets hazardous location standards and has 1/2″ female NPT electrical connections. Made of powder-coated aluminum, it offers a cycle time as specified in the instruction manual and has a maximum supply pressure of 120 psi (8.6 bar). The DA series is double-acting, while the SR series is spring return with a rack and pinion mechanism. Standard features include a position indicator and two limit switches. The supply pressure for the DA series is 40 to 115 psi (2.7 to 7.9 bar), and for the SR series, it is 80 psi (5.5 bar). It also supports NAMUR standard accessory mounting, has a modulating input of 4 to 20 mA, and offers a duty rating as outlined in the instruction manual.
